Description

You will apply quantitative analysis, modeling, and data mining to optimize product KPIs and improve relevance algorithms. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience designing ML models using Python, R, or MATLAB
• Experience articulating product questions and using statistics to answer them
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting large datasets and designing ETL flows
• Inter-disciplinary/cross-functional work experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (CS/IT) or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform deep dive analysis to understand and optimize key product KPIs
• Apply statistics, modeling, and machine learning to improve system efficiency and relevance algorithms
• Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations and design A/B experiments
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to complete end-to-end analysis
