🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical implementation behind Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Build and ship landing page experiments and signup funnels.
• Run the A/B testing system and feature flags.
• Architect integrations connecting website, CRM, analytics, and ad platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 5-9 years in growth engineering or similar role.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL skills.
• Direct experience with CRO and A/B testing.
• Comfort building integrations across APIs and webhooks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Marketing measurement and growth concepts.
• Fintech or regulated industry experience.
• GraphQL experience.
