  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM and business operations roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy
  • Manage and mentor recruiters and sourcing partners
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure great candidate experience

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM and business operations focus
  • Proven success managing multiple high-volume reqs simultaneously
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data and structured reasoning
  • Strong skills in ATS and recruiting analytics tools

  • Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters
  • Market intelligence and compensation trend knowledge
