You'll own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and business operations teams in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. You'll act as a talent advisor and execution leader, influencing hiring strategy and improving processes. This role offers high ownership and direct impact on team building.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM and business operations roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy
- Manage and mentor recruiters and sourcing partners
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure great candidate experience
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM and business operations focus
- Proven success managing multiple high-volume reqs simultaneously
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data and structured reasoning
- Strong skills in ATS and recruiting analytics tools
