As a Senior Strategist at AKQA, you will lead strategic output for a portfolio of clients, manage strategic deliverables, and drive thought leadership. You'll generate local insights for Japan and global audiences, working in an innovative culture with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategic planning within digital or integrated agency
• Experience building integrated comms plans
• Broad knowledge of multiple industry sectors with multi-channel media experience
• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and ability to influence and inspire

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic thought on pitches and manage day-to-day projects
• Develop insights from research and manage research programs
• Create strategic responses and value-add thought leadership for clients
• Drive macro perspectives on consumer brand issues for internal and external use
• Assume responsibility for multi-market strategy deployment with local market sensitivity
