• Monitor and maintain an inbound technical question queue.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 1+ years of customer-facing pre-sales or support experience.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
