🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with traders to understand daily workflows and trading patterns
• Design and iterate on high-performance GUIs with engineering teams
• Translate trader insights into clear product goals and requirements
• Own initiatives end-to-end from scoping to delivery and adoption

📋 Requirements

• Experience owning and driving complex products central to users' daily work
• Background in trading, financial markets, or trading systems is ideal
• Strong intuition for how users interact with tools under time pressure
• Enough technical depth to reason about systems and data flows
