💼 About This Role

You'll serve patients by performing blood draws, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring specimen integrity. As a Senior Phlebotomist, you'll play a key role in diagnostics at a leading genetic testing company. This onsite position is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to obtain blood specimens
• Verify patient identification and test requisitions
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic technique
• Track and label collected specimens

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy Certificate if required by state
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and isolation procedures
