💼 About This Role

You'll work 1:1 with children with autism at MeBe's Learning Center, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Your core impact is teaching behavioral, social, and communication skills. You'll receive paid training to obtain your RBT certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans from BCBAs to increase communication and play skills
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay kid progress

📋 Requirements

• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run
• Pass a background check
• Obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
• Have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred
• TRICARE certification preferred
• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, babysitting
