🎯 What You'll Do

• Process daily recordkeeping transactions and adjustments
• Reconcile plan data and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute participant statements
• Support annual compliance testing and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience
• Proficiency in recordkeeping software (e.g., Relius, Omni)
• Knowledge of ERISA regulations and plan compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• ASPPA or other industry certifications
