💼 About This Role

You'll lead credit underwriting strategy for a top embedded finance platform, driving data-driven credit policies for consumer and SMB cards. You will refine models and dashboards, collaborating with Banking, Product, and external partners to minimize losses and enhance profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and refine credit policies and models for consumer and SMB cards
• Develop data-driven strategies for credit card portfolio management
• Conduct risk segmentation, behavioral analysis, loss forecasting, and line management
• Build dashboards and present KPIs/KRIs to senior management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in credit risk analysis at a financial institution
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical modeling/machine learning
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership

• Master's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis
• Direct experience managing consumer and SMB credit card portfolios
