• Gather requirements and define business needs with stakeholders
• Document and manage business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops to align on goals and priorities
• Analyze workflows and performance data to identify inefficiencies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in business analysis within enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering and business process modeling
• Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• French language skills
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
• Experience in change management
