You'll provide practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance to support APAC expansion, working with business management and trading teams to manage risk while accessing new markets. You'll serve as the primary legal partner for the region, facilitating new market entry and negotiating trading documentation like ISDAs and prime brokerage agreements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise business on trading rules and regulations in APAC
• Facilitate registration for new licenses and regulatory applications
• Negotiate sub-advisory agreements with APAC sub-advisors
• Manage prime brokerage relationships and trading documentation

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong or Singapore
• 5-10 years of experience in APAC regulatory frameworks for investment managers
• Experience with hedge fund structures and trading documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience engaging with Hong Kong SFC and licensing requirements
• Experience in Singapore, Japan, and Australia
