💼 About This Role

You'll join Klaviyo's Partnerships team to prospect, recruit, and onboard new agency partners. You'll drive growth by activating dormant partners and expanding existing relationships through cold outreach and inbound lead qualification. This role offers a chance to shape a high-value ecosystem serving 193,000+ brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, recruit, and onboard net new agency partners
• Orchestrate cold outreach across multiple channels
• Generate meetings by qualifying inbound leads
• Expand into agencies' books with upsell opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience
• Experience in high-volume, high-velocity sales
• Strong influencing and relationship building skills
• Excellent organizational skills
