💼 About This Role

You'll oversee our cannabis sales program in Pennsylvania, leading a team of Account Executives to exceed distribution and revenue targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sales lifecycle including forecasting, relationship management, and deal approvals
• Develop annual revenue plans and prepare monthly sales reports
• Ensure proper inventory levels through store visits and sales tools
• Manage and develop a team of 4 Account Executives

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of outside sales, preferably in CPG
• Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations and trends
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Experience with P&L and budget management
