💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate end-to-end logistics for high-priority Enterprise reserve accounts, acting as the critical link between global vendors and internal stakeholders. By managing regional escalations and driving data-backed improvements, you'll directly impact Everpure's ability to meet rigorous customer commitments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary escalation lead for Enterprise Reserve Account SLAs.
• Lead Root Cause Corrective Action process for logistics failures.
• Synthesize data from SAP and ServiceNow for performance metrics.
• Serve as SME for dispatch tools and system enhancements.
• Partner with Supply Chain to roll out new logistics policies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Global Logistics.
• Proven ability to manage complex global logistics operations including inventory coordination and vendor management.
• Proficiency in enterprise tools such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
• Skill in analytical problem solving using data platforms like Excel or SQL.
