As a Box Office Attendant at AEG Goldenvoice, you'll process ticket orders, handle payments, and provide exceptional customer service to guests at our Los Angeles venues. You'll help guests select the best ticket options, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive event experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related work experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and basic math skills
• Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Process ticket orders and collect payments accurately
• Follow cash handling and inventory procedures
• Greet customers with a positive demeanor
