You'll lead and operationalize the People Business Partner model at a rapidly growing SaaS company, serving as a strategic advisor to executives and building scalable processes. Your work will directly shape how the People team supports the business through workforce planning, organization design, and talent management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team
• Build and operationalize PBP model including playbooks and templates
• Serve as strategic advisor to executives on people strategies
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and organization design

📋 Requirements

• 12–15+ years progressive HR/People experience in high-growth organizations
• 5+ years people leadership experience managing HRBP teams
• Proven success building and scaling HRBP processes
• Strong experience partnering with executives on workforce planning and organization design

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or pre-IPO environments
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
• Proficiency with Workday and AI-enabled tools
