Description

You will own and scale ShareGate's distribution strategy across EMEA, working primarily with QBS Software to drive reseller activation, pipeline visibility, and revenue growth. This role focuses on strategic partnership management, joint business planning, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience managing distribution channels in EMEA region
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partner ecosystems
• Strong relationship management and executive communication skills
• Experience with joint business planning and KPI tracking
• Operational knowledge of quoting, ordering, and SKU management

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen relationships across QBS Software at all levels
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual joint business plans with revenue targets
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal performance across EMEA distribution
• Establish structured pipeline reviews and improve forecast accuracy
• Deliver enablement sessions and represent ShareGate at distributor-led events
