💼 About This Role

As an Engagement Director at Comwrap Reply, you'll act as the executive leader for key Adobe client engagements, shaping digital experience roadmaps across the Adobe Experience Cloud. You'll operate at the intersection of executive client partnership and Adobe solution strategy to drive delivery excellence and expand account value. This role offers the chance to lead multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs for a leading digital experience consultancy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted advisor for C-level stakeholders, providing digital strategy and roadmap planning.
• Own account P&L and revenue growth, leading SOW development and commercial negotiations.
• Provide executive supervision over complex implementations, establishing governance and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate high-level workshops to define technical requirements and mentor engagement managers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Engagement Management or Digital Consulting with large-scale technology delivery.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale engagements across the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Commerce, CDP, etc.).
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs with P&L accountability.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and enterprise CMS/DXP ecosystems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Adobe certifications (AEM Sites & Assets, Adobe Commerce, Target, Analytics).
• Experience partnering with Adobe Alliance teams and joint business planning.
• Background defining enterprise personalization, commerce, or customer data strategies.
