You'll support healthcare professionals on our app-based marketplace, resolving shift, payment, and platform issues via chat, voice, and email. You'll own the worker journey and help build a reliable, high-performing marketplace. This role offers a path to leadership in a fast-growing Series C company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Deliver fast, empathetic support across chat, voice, and email
- Navigate Zendesk and Salesforce to investigate and log cases
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and escalate issues
- Monitor trends and flag process gaps for improvement
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years in customer support via chat or voice
- 2+ years using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
- 2+ years using Google Workspace in a work setting
- Fluent professional-level English (spoken and written)

- Experience in healthcare or marketplace support
- Familiarity with shift scheduling or gig economy platforms
- Proven ability to mentor new team members
