You'll support healthcare professionals on our app-based marketplace, resolving shift, payment, and platform issues via chat, voice, and email. You'll own the worker journey and help build a reliable, high-performing marketplace. This role offers a path to leadership in a fast-growing Series C company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver fast, empathetic support across chat, voice, and email
  • Navigate Zendesk and Salesforce to investigate and log cases
  • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and escalate issues
  • Monitor trends and flag process gaps for improvement

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support via chat or voice
  • 2+ years using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
  • 2+ years using Google Workspace in a work setting
  • Fluent professional-level English (spoken and written)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or marketplace support
  • Familiarity with shift scheduling or gig economy platforms
  • Proven ability to mentor new team members
