Description

You will lead CPI Security's day-to-day HR function, focusing on employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and overseeing the HR Business Partner team. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and drive continuous improvement of HR processes to support a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations and employee relations
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and leave management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Understanding of federal and state employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor HR Business Partner team of 2 HRBPs and a Benefits Specialist
  • Serve as senior point of contact for complex employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee design, implementation, and administration of all benefit programs (medical, dental, 401(k), etc.) and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA
  • Direct leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability, and workers' compensation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee HRIS administration, onboarding/offboarding, and policy management
