You will plan, organize, and execute external events to build relationships with customers, prospects, and partners. You'll own the full event lifecycle and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience planning external events for B2B AI/SaaS company
- Ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally and in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel for 3+ events per quarter
- Experience with Salesforce, event tools, Slack, Notion
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute external events for customers and community
- Own full event lifecycle: concept, timeline, budget, logistics, on-site execution
- Manage event correspondence: invitations, RSVPs, reminders
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to align events with business goals
- Track event outcomes and lead post-event follow-up and reporting
