You will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on re-engaging customers with growth potential. Your role involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive account management.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with passion for account growth
  • Comfortable managing high-volume portfolio of SMB/MME accounts
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of SMB/MME accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Re-engage and build relationships with existing customers, especially low-engagement ones
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive expansion
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to increase engagement
  • Manage pipeline and track account activity in Salesforce
