💼 About This Role

You'll join Rowan as a licensed nurse delivering joyful, clinical ear piercings in a retail studio. You'll ensure safety, build customer trust, and turn each piercing into a celebratory milestone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform safe and precise ear piercings for customers
• Educate clients on aftercare and jewelry selection
• Maintain sterile environment and infection control
• Collaborate with studio team to ensure smooth operations

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• Professional and engaging customer care approach
• Warm, friendly team player with entrepreneurial spirit
• Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing
• Experience in retail environment with sales goals
