💼 About This Role

You'll own the LiveOps strategy for mobile games, driving retention and monetization through data-driven iteration. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize engagement and revenue in a fully remote, international setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and plan in-game events, promotions, and offers
• Analyze player behavior to identify improvement opportunities
• Optimize game systems and core loops for long-term value
• Report on LiveOps impact and performance forecasts

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as Product Manager or LiveOps Manager
• Experience with mobile games (casual, puzzle, progression)
• Deep understanding of game KPIs (retention, LTV, monetization)
• Proven LiveOps and event design experience

✨ Nice to Have

• 6+ years of experience in product or LiveOps
• Experience optimizing existing game systems
• Leadership in remote/distributed teams
