You'll ensure regulatory compliance for Keyrock's Switzerland and Liechtenstein entities, acting as MLRO and developing policies. You'll collaborate with global teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and annual plans
• Perform second-line controls and testing
• Oversee AML/CTF obligations and act as MLRO

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Compliance officer in a regulated financial institution in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Experience engaging with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulatory authorities
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations like MiCAR, AML/CTF, market abuse, data privacy
• A relevant degree, preferably in business or law
