🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead start-up and commissioning of electrical equipment across customer sites.
• Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and training to field service technicians.
• Serve as technical lead for advanced troubleshooting guidance.
• Coordinate with project managers to update punch lists and ensure job closeout.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent in power distribution systems.
• 2+ years of field service experience with start-up/commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Understanding of lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures involving multiple power sources.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to field offices and customer sites.
