🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with project teams to plan and strategize during preconstruction.
• Review drawings for constructability issues and value engineering.
• Lead subcontractor bid processes for scope consistency.
• Prepare and update project budgets through client acquisition.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Comprehensive understanding of local markets and subcontractors.
• Expertise in scoping and managing bids from all trades.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and construction software (Vista preferred).
