Description
As a Staff ML Engineer at Agoda, you will lead the technical improvement of ML systems and pipelines, build and deploy new libraries and frameworks, and take ML models to production at scale. You'll work with a passionate global team on high-impact travel technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
- 8+ years software engineering with 4+ years ML experience
- Expert Python with OOP and design patterns
- Good experience in Pyspark
- Experience debugging and reasoning about production issues
Responsibilities
- Lead technical improvements in scalability, stability, accuracy, speed, and efficiency of ML systems
- Build, administer, and scale ML processing pipelines
- Design, build, test, and deploy new libraries, frameworks, or full systems
- Work with engineers and product owners to automate large-scale data management tasks
- Take ML models to production at scale with end-to-end ownership
