You'll develop new product features for our AIPU product lines and serve as escalation support for complex incidents involving AI software, drivers, and operating system components. Analyze system data to identify root causes and collaborate with engineering teams to validate defects and propose fixes.

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, RTOS)
• Driver-level troubleshooting experience
• 2-5 years of embedded engineering experience (or impressive portfolio)
• English proficiency
