You'll empower high-performance security teams by shaping Crogl's cutting-edge security analytics platform. You'll lead architectural reviews and optimizations during customer implementations, acting as a trusted technical advisor. This role offers the chance to build the Customer Success Engineering function from scratch in a fast-paced AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architectural reviews and performance optimizations during customer implementations
• Serve as trusted technical advisor and voice of the customer to product teams
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations during the sales process
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in software or customer engineering roles with customer-facing engagements
• Strong track record of rapidly prototyping ideas and seeing them through to reality
• Familiarity with API and data integration concepts and coding languages (TypeScript, Go, Python)
• Familiarity with deploying applications into secure customer networks (cloud and data center)

• Proven experience building or supporting security products or non-SaaS applications in enterprise networks
• Hands-on experience with AI systems, machine learning models, and agentic frameworks
