You'll take full ownership of recruitment end-to-end as the first dedicated talent hire at a YC-backed AI fintech. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll build scalable hiring infrastructure and drive sourcing across engineering, product, and commercial roles. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define hiring culture for a high-growth Series A company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, and commercial roles
• Design and implement scalable hiring infrastructure including ATS management
• Partner with leadership to define roles and lead employer branding initiatives
• Prioritize direct sourcing over inbound or agency reliance

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of in-house talent acquisition in a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Proven track record of direct sourcing exceptional passive candidates
• Experience in fintech, AI, or B2B SaaS companies
