You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic, creating an amazing experience for customers. You'll share your fandom knowledge and ensure fans get the merch they love, while stocking products and merchandising the store. Your role is key to driving sales and customer loyalty.

• Provide customer service and product knowledge to drive sales
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

• Previous experience working in a retail environment

• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product
