💼 About This Role

You'll lead procurement support for clinical development programs as a strategic business partner to Clinical Operations. Your core impact will be managing end-to-end procurement activities for clinical trials while flexing across indirect spend categories. This role sits within a centralized Procurement function at a clinical-stage vaccine innovation company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary procurement business partner to Clinical stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end requisition-to-purchase order process.
• Lead request for proposal process including bid analysis and selection.
• Support contract negotiation with Clinical Operations and Legal.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement or vendor management experience.
• Experience supporting Phase I–III clinical trials.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in biopharmaceutical or CRO environment.
• Experience with procurement systems like Netsuite, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle.
