You'll rotate through dispensary functions in operations, experience, and people, supporting management and team members. This role is a developmental step toward Assistant General Manager at a RISE Dispensary. You'll gain subject matter expertise while leading daily operations and optimizing the customer journey.

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and compliance
• Lead team to deliver positive customer experiences
• Manage inventory levels and intake verification
• Participate in 'Leader On Duty' shifts

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years customer service or retail experience
• 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
