You'll serve as a high-level individual contributor driving process excellence and operational standardization for GFiber's national field operations. You'll bridge Field Operations, Customer Service, and IT/Engineering to solve systemic challenges and transition to a proactive culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit and deploy operational frameworks across CFTO
• Lead rollout of enterprise-grade workflow tools
• Act as operational liaison for system architecture issues
• Partner with technical standards teams on proactive processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years experience in telecom, ISP, or fiber-optic field operations
• Experience managing cross-functional projects spanning ops, engineering, and customer service
• Experience auditing operational processes and deploying standardized frameworks
