You'll lead agency partnerships for a conversational commerce platform, driving revenue through strategic relationships. You'll scale partner-sourced revenue and strengthen Gorgias' presence in the e-commerce ecosystem. This role offers the chance to shape a high-growth channel at the forefront of AI-powered shopping.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive ARR through agency partners and events
• Own and grow strategic agency relationships in North America
• Develop and refine partner program processes and documentation
• Activate, onboard, and scale new partners across North America

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, sales, or relationship management in SaaS/ecommerce
• Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships or channel sales
• Strong relationship-building skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience working with agencies or within the ecommerce ecosystem
