πΌ About This Role
You'll be responsible for loads and dynamics analysis of Starcloud's spacecraft during ground transportation, launch, deployment, and on-orbit operations. You'll own dynamic testing from start to finish and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure space-based data centers survive and operate safely. This role is highly hands-on, spanning analysis, test, and model correlation.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain finite element models for spacecraft structures.
- Perform dynamic analyses for launch, transportation, and on-orbit environments.
- Own dynamic testing including pre-test analysis, execution, and data processing.
- Collaborate with design engineers to resolve structural risks early.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in dynamics or structural analysis.
- Experience analyzing test data or supporting qualification of flight hardware.
- Strong analytical fundamentals in vibrations and structural dynamics.

- Master's or PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience with vibration, modal, or shock testing.
- Experience with Ansys or NX finite element tools.
