You'll identify, build, and scale high-impact relationships with creators, influencers, B2B partners, and affiliates for a fast-growing sports company. You'll own performance reporting and negotiate deals to maximize reach and business impact. This role spans the full partnership lifecycle with analytical rigor and creative deal-making.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities across creators, influencers, B2B brands, and affiliate networks.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies for each partnership channel to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Own performance reporting, tracking key metrics, analyzing ROI, and using data to optimize partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and promo teams to integrate partnerships into campaigns.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in partnership and/or affiliate marketing
  • Proven track record of managing partnership/affiliate programs
  • Strong understanding of attribution and marketing technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a sports, entertainment, or gaming environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
