💼 About This Role

You'll join the Binance Pay & Card team to revolutionize digital payments globally. You'll optimize fiat payment channels and drive growth initiatives for the LATAM region. This role offers hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and optimize banking and fiat wallet channels cross-functionally.
• Manage daily fiat payment operations across various payment rails.
• Improve and scale fiat operational workflows to reduce friction.
• Drive fiat growth through go-to-market initiatives and partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in payment industry or relevant fields.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written).
• Payment experience with LatAm local channels.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
