Description

In this role, you will bring Internet of Things solutions to mid-sized public sector customers, building relationships with executive-level stakeholders and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Requirements

  • 2+ years full-cycle closing sales experience
  • Experience selling into public sector (local gov, K-12, higher education)
  • Strong track record of overachievement to quota
  • Proficiency with SFDC and accurate forecasting
  • Ability to travel up to twice per quarter

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level relationships within territory
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting to close
  • Demonstrate solution-based sales process in complex campaigns
  • Strategically outbound prospect
  • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles
