💼 About This Role

You'll be the founding leader of a new child care center on the Toyota campus, leading a 24-hour operation for families. You'll drive operational excellence, build culture, and engage with senior stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hiring, training, and coaching of a large team across all shifts.
• Refine daily operational systems for classrooms, communication, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with Alabama licensing regulations and lead inspections.
• Serve as primary on-site executive, building trust with families and Toyota partners.

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience as a Director or Center Leader in early childhood education.
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Master's preferred).
• Alabama Pathways Director Credential or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in high-visibility, client-facing environments with senior stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience with emergent- or inquiry-based curricula.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
