You'll drive revenue growth for Notion's Mid Market segment in Japan, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll build pipeline, expand strategic accounts, and define sales motions while collaborating cross-functionally. This role offers the chance to be an early sales builder at a high-growth tech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new potential accounts
- Maintain relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospects
- Run product demos to close business at or above quota
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing IT company
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and find creative solutions
