💼 About This Role

You'll own New Jersey's end-to-end operation for Coco's autonomous robot delivery fleet, managing fleet health and merchant relationships. You'll be the face of Coco in the market, ensuring delivery completion rate and cost per delivery targets are hit. This hands-on role balances street-level presence with data-driven decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day fleet health and operational uptime across merchant locations
• Serve as primary point of contact for merchant partners, onboarding and resolving incidents
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage local operations staff
• Track city KPIs and drive continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a hands-on physical-world operation
• Proven track record managing a direct labor workforce including hiring and performance management
• Metrics-driven operating style with rigorous KPI tracking
• Extreme attention to detail and process-building mindset

• Experience in restaurants, food delivery, or autonomous vehicles
• Experience scaling a market from early-stage to mature operations
• Background in account management or B2B sales
