💼 About This Role

You'll administer and optimize our enterprise SaaS ecosystem while building lightweight internal tools and workflow solutions in a high-growth, compliance-oriented environment. You'll partner cross-functionally to drive scalable system operations and quickly master new platforms as our technology landscape evolves. You'll also own ServiceNow queue management and ensure secure, well-governed system operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and own enterprise SaaS applications like DocuSign and Confluence.
• Manage user lifecycle operations and role-based access controls.
• Configure workflows, permissions, automations, and integrations.
• Manage and triage the ServiceNow queue for requests and tickets.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or enterprise applications administration.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Workday.
• Experience managing ServiceNow queues and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with APIs, SSO (Okta/Azure AD), and identity management.

• Experience in compliance-focused or audit-sensitive environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Building lightweight internal tools with coding agents like Claude.
