You'll deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients using modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT. You'll maintain a caseload of 7-20 clients and use data-driven approaches to track progress. This role offers consistent pay, balanced schedules, and professional growth support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+)
• Maintain caseload of 7-20 attended therapy and consult sessions per week
• Use data to drive treatment and adjust approach based on client progress
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations

📋 Requirements

• Active license as LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in Washington
• Willing to become licensed in other states
• Available for 8-24 hours per week with 85% in client sessions
• 2+ years clinical experience with adults (18+) and six months teletherapy

• Experience with EHR systems
• Proficiency with clinical assessments like PHQ-9
