You'll support store leadership in providing an excellent customer experience at a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. Your core impact is using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist in daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll be part of a mission-driven team fighting hunger through pop culture passion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
