Description

You will lead the marketing and communications strategy for the Mark Morris Dance Group, promoting its performing company, Dance Center, and community programs. Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll manage a small team, drive brand visibility, and oversee digital and print communications to engage diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in marketing and communications
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-department teams
• Experience managing staff and external vendors
• Strong strategic planning and brand management skills
• Knowledge of performing arts or nonprofit sector preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategy
• Align marketing strategies with institutional priorities and executive director
• Collaborate with Development Department on integrated campaigns
• Manage team of 3-4 staff and external consultants
• Drive messaging for major initiatives and represent organization publicly
