🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and lead a rapidly growing engineering team across multiple domains.
• Execute technical (TRL) roadmaps for propulsion systems and hypersonic vehicles.
• Own and improve the entire product design lifecycle from development to production.
• Ensure programs achieve performance, schedule, and cost targets.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership in aerospace and defense environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams through TRL progression to production.
• Deep technical background in hypersonics, rocket propulsion, or mission-critical defense technology.
• US Citizenship or eligible to obtain security clearance.

• Experience with turbomachinery, avionics, or combustion devices.
• Familiarity with LRIP and FRP production phases.
