You'll manage customer loads and coordinate pickups/deliveries in a fast-paced logistics environment. You'll proactively deliver tracking updates and grow accounts through additional services. This role offers paid industry training and a clear career path at FitzMark.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members via phone, email, and in-person
• Create loads in the Transportation Management System and schedule pickups/deliveries
• Proactively deliver tracking updates to customers
• Grow current accounts through penetration and sales of additional services

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• 1 year of Customer Service or Third-Party Logistics experience preferred but not required

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Sales Experience is a plus
• Logistics experience is a plus
